These treatment data are supplemented by the response to treatment and the 5-year follow-up of each patient&#8217;s diagnosis.<\/p>\n<p>These initial patient follow-up data are the link with the COHOPER cohort, a long-term follow-up cohort for patients included in the French National Childhood Cancer Registry;  <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-94fd072 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"94fd072\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d12d1e6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d12d1e6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"text-align: var(--text-align); background-color: var( --e-global-color-4e334ab ); color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">The PediaRT database, a component of the HOPE-EPI\/ CCOP project, has also been funded by the ANR under the &#8220;Investissements d&#8217;Avenir&#8221; program.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Its aim is to collect dosimetric data on curative radiotherapy treatment of French children and adolescents.<\/p>\n<p>This database has been built up prospectively since 2014 from dosimetric data exported by each treatment center, on a secure online platform. All data is stored anonymously.<\/p>\n<p>These data are transmitted to the CCOP, which performs a correlation analysis with clinical follow-up data.
